Wet hair: Apply enough shampoo to lather your hair and work through from roots to tips. Massage the scalp from front to back and rinse thoroughly with luke warm water. This shampoo can be used daily by some but can be drying to others. If it does start to dry your hair or scalp to much you will want to put a few days in between uses: meaning use another moisturizing shampoo like out Emu Oil Shampoo most days and then the Follicleanse once or twice per week.
